Kelsall Hill Farm Ride: Available from 9am till 5pm every day of the week.
Want to do the farm ride but worried about the weather? Check out the weather today and in the next fews days click the link below.
If you fancy a relaxed ride, with easy parking, marked route, no road work, masses of optional jumps of varying height, in fantastic Cheshire scenery then why not come and try our farm ride. On the ride you’ll follow routes dedicated just for your use, cover undulating open ground and follow paths through our 15 acre wood.
The farm ride route varies depending on the ground conditions and there’s always the option just to do the short route. The long route is about 10km and the short route is about 5km in length. You can see an illustration jumps by clicking on the red icons on the farm ride route map.
Most of the time you will have access to our water complex and separate water splash too. If you really want the water complex then please call to ensure that you’ll not be disappointed.
For parents and partners accompanying riders there’s always the option to take a short walk to the top of the green lane and meet the horses half way round the ride (approx 400 yards from the farm) and then follow the public footpaths into the Forestry Commission owned Primrose Wood. You are welcome to walk your dog but please ensure it’s on a lead. Alternatively come and have a chat and enjoy a drink or snack. There are clean toilets on site.
Do I need to book? Yes if you’re coming in the week. No if you’re coming on the Farm Ride Weekends which are the 1st and 3rd weekend in the month and open from 9am to last horse out at 2pm, you can see which weekends you don’t have to book by looking at the forthcoming events. You can come on the other weekends but you need to book. Please call us on 07809 689972 to make a booking if you’d like to come or alternatively send us an email.
If you haven’t been to us before and would like to see what the venue’s like then why not have a look at some pictures of us or even video footage .
