Oliver Townend - 'In my opinion, Kelsall Hill is one of the best one-day event courses I've seen in this country. I hadn't planned to run all my OI horses today but when I saw how fantastic the ground was I thought that I would give them a confident run before aiming them at Boekelo Horse Trials in Holland. Full credit to the Kelsall Hill team– this is an exceptional event.'
Piggy French - 'Kelsall Hill is definitely one of the best one day events on the circuit, an outstanding horse trials venue. The cross country courses are fantastic in design and build, whilst being spectator friendly with a 'Barbury-esque' cross country viewing which ensures the event is popular with owners too'.
Andrew Nicholson - 'I was very pleased with all my rides, I thought it was a very educational and fair course which although walked big in places rode very well. I was impressed with all aspects of the event and will plan to come back;.
All spectators are welcome at just £10 per car. Our event is based in a green valley offering superb viewing opportunities for both spectators and owners where you can see the vast majority of the cross country course without moving, set against the fabulous backdrop of delamere forest. In April you can watch some of the top riders in the country, local riders and riders from afar compete in all three disciplines, dressage, show jumping and cross country.
