ENTRIES
Send entries to the secretary. Cheques payable to Kelsall Hill Ltd (with horses name on back). Please also send a DL sized SAE for confirmation (with horses name on back).
INTERNET entries will be taken on www.kelsallhill.co.uk. Payment must be sent to the secretary by 5pm on Friday 24th September 2010 at the latest. Unpaid entries will be rejected.
WITHDRAWALS to competitions@kelsallhill.co.uk or 07809 689972 by 10am on Friday 24th September 2010. Withdrawals recieved after 12noon on ballot date will still be charged their entry fee.
STARTING TIMES will be available on Tuesday 28th Sept 2010 between 1500hrs and 1700hrs on 07809 689972 or via www.kelsallhill.co.uk (the website is the preferred method.)

QUALIFIERS/SPECIAL CLASSES
Summer Points Series 2010 - Competitors placed 1st-4th in every normal section will gain points accruing towards the final show.

FINAL - Points winners will be announced at the end of this show.

SPECIAL NOTICES/CATERING/ABANDONMENT
Ran strictly under British Dressage Rules of 2010.
Refreshments will be available.

In the event of a show being highly subscribed, the secretary may ballot out entries. Please enter on time to devise a timetable that caters for as many as possible.
